Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Aetheris ("the Platform", "the Engine"), operated by Plano Binario Software Lab ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or utilizing Aetheris, its web portal, REST interfaces, and declarative synthesis tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a Discord guild, organization, or enterprise, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service: Declarative IaC Compiler

Aetheris provides an autonomous Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) compiler and declarative reconciliation engine for Discord servers. The engine translates natural language prompts, templates, and schemas into mathematically validated YAML/JSON configurations, and optionally executes deterministic API synchronization against authorized Discord guilds.

3. Discord Platform Terms Compliance

Aetheris operates in strict alignment with the Discord Developer Terms of Service, Discord Developer Policy, and Discord Community Guidelines. You agree to:

  • Only connect Discord accounts and apply configurations to guilds where you possess Manage Server (Administrator) authorization.
  • Refrain from deploying architectures designed to circumvent Discord's native rate limits, abuse AutoMod features, or distribute prohibited content.
  • Maintain non-destructive practices when executing live syncs against production community servers.

4. User Ownership & Zero Vendor Lock-In

You retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership of all architectural specifications, YAML manifests, channel topologies, and role hierarchy definitions generated through Aetheris. You are granted an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to export, commit to version control (such as Git), distribute, or self-host your declarative manifests outside of our platform without restriction.

5. Idempotency & Execution Safety

Aetheris executes reconciliation plans following strict idempotency standards. However, applying changes to a live Discord guild requires user confirmation. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the generated plan_diff preview before initiating live synchronization.
  • Destructive actions (e.g., explicit channel deletion or role pruning) will only occur if declared with explicit destructive flags in your manifest.
  • Dry-run simulations reflect the Discord state at the exact timestamp of preflight inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Aetheris is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plano Binario Software Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Discord gateway outages, API downtime, or unannounced schema modifications made by Discord Inc.
  • Misconfiguration of permission overrides resulting from user-specified prompts or manual edits.
  • Action taken by Discord Trust & Safety against servers violating platform policies.

7. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user engaging in denial-of-service attempts, credential stuffing, or violations of Discord's platform integrity. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Contact
